ONE WEEK OLD

This photo was taken this morning before we got Addie ready for the day.

We could not decide between these next two photos which one should be her official one week old photo, so we decided to just posted them both... Enjoy.

We cannot believe that one week has already flown by with our little girl. Another side note... Addie had her 48 hour checkup a few days ago and everything is healthy and well. She is in the 50th percentile for everything the doctor measured.

car seat

First time in her car seat on the way home from the hospital.

Another photo of Addie May on her way home from the hospital.

This is on her way to her 48 hour check up with the doctor.

Just as a side note, I hope all of these posts are not overkill. Yes we are proud parents, but it is also the only way for our families to be involved in Addie's life right now while we are living in Chicago. It is also very helpful to some of the grandparents and great grandparents who are not very tech savvy but have managed to figure out how to blog.

Bath and naps...

Instead of daddy daughter time, we call this "daddy Addie time"

Addie took her first bath at home today and she actually really enjoyed it.

Look at those cheeks and double chin...don't you just want to eat her up?

The White Coat

A week and a half ago, Dave had his white coat ceremony at school. Since he is a student, the white coat is short in length and signifies the beginning of patient care for the future Dr. Graham. The ceremony was short and sweet, and it truly honored the students and all their hard work. Way to go Davebo!

My Mom and Grandma came in for the weekend. It just happened to be my Grandma's birthday that day, and I was excited
to have some other opinions for nursery decor.
Derrick, Dave, and Brian--Podiatrists in the making. Don't they look official?
It was a special day between Grandma's birthday and Dave's ceremony. Congratulations sweetie!
